At our spa, we offer a luxurious foot massage service that provides both relaxation and therapeutic benefits. Designed to relieve tension and promote overall wellness, our foot massage package is perfect for anyone seeking to refresh their tired feet and restore balance to their body.
Foot massage is a specialized therapy that focuses on applying pressure and massage techniques to the feet, targeting specific reflex points that correspond to various parts of the body. By massaging these points, a skilled therapist can stimulate blood circulation, reduce tension, and promote relaxation throughout the entire body.
Foot massage offers a wide range of benefits for both physical and mental well-being, including:
Our foot massage service includes the following steps to ensure a complete and deeply relaxing experience:
The session begins with a soothing foot soak in warm water infused with herbal lemon and lemongrass. This helps to soften the skin, relax the muscles, and prepare the feet for the massage.
You will first lie face down as our skilled therapist starts massaging the back of your legs, from the thighs to the feet. Using gentle oils and professional stroking techniques, the therapist will glide their hands from the heel to the toes, focusing on the arches and applying pressure to the toes’ joints. This part of the massage releases tension and promotes full relaxation of the feet.
Next, you will turn over and lie on your back. The therapist will then massage the front of your legs, starting from the thighs down to the feet, ensuring both the muscles and skin are relaxed and rejuvenated.
To further enhance relaxation, hot stones are placed on your legs, allowing the heat to penetrate deep into the muscles. This step helps to relieve muscle stiffness and increase blood circulation, leaving your legs feeling revitalized. (Available only for the 90 or 120-minute massage course)
In the final 10 minutes of your session, the therapist will gently massage your shoulders, neck, and head. This helps release tension from the upper body, ensuring that you leave the spa feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
For clients who are pregnant, our therapists will avoid massaging the soles of the feet, focusing instead on using gentle stroking techniques to provide a safe and relaxing experience.
